Orders
We usually process orders within 1–2 business days. Delivery after that takes about 2–5 business days depending on where you are in Pakistan. Once your order ships, you’ll get tracking info so you can follow it the rest of the way.
As soon as your order is dispatched, we’ll send you a tracking number by email or SMS (where available) so you can keep an eye on it until it arrives.
If it hasn’t shipped yet, get in touch with us right away and we’ll try to sort it out. Once it’s out for delivery, though, we’re not able to cancel it.
Products
Yep. They’re designed with a bit of stretch so they fit comfortably on most head sizes.
It shouldn’t. With normal use and proper care, our embroidery is built to hold up over time.
A few tips to keep it looking good:
- Hand wash in cold water
- Stick to a mild detergent
- Skip the bleach
- Let it air dry
- Don’t tumble dry, and don’t iron directly over the embroidery
We try to keep our photos as true to the product as possible. That said, colors can look slightly different depending on your screen and lighting, so there may be minor variation.
Payments
Right now we take:
- Cash on Delivery (COD)
- Bank Transfer (where available)
- Advance payment through supported methods
You’ll see the options that apply to you at checkout.
Yes, COD is available in most parts of Pakistan, though it can depend a bit on your specific location.
Shipping
Sometimes, during promotions or on orders that qualify. If there’s a free shipping offer running, it’ll show up at checkout.
Not yet — for now we only ship domestically within Pakistan. We may open up international shipping down the line.
Returns & Exchanges
Returns are accepted if you got the wrong item or something with a manufacturing defect. Just reach out within 48 hours of getting your order.
If the wrong item shows up or there’s a defect, let us know and we’ll sort out an exchange once we’ve had a look into it.

Nope — you can check out as a guest. That said, having an account makes checkout quicker next time and lets you look back at your order history.
